Did Pierre Jalbert and his wife ever have children? Also, is everyone in good health and is he still working part time or has he retired?

No, Pierre and Joy did not have children. Pierre is retired from both acting and editing. He still skis and is in excellent health. The other surviving actors, too, are in good health.
