Combat is 40 years old; first aired on Oct. 02, 1962. Talk about enduring appeal! It was way ahead of its time! And it still is a pleasure to watch, over & over again. Here's to another 40 years!!!

I got a webtv for Christmas and have been having great fun with it. I was so surprised to find everything I did when I typed in "tv show COMBAT!" I can't beleive it has been that long ago since it started. I've been a fan since the beginning. Have always said it was my favorite tv show with it's consistently good writing, directing, photography, etc...not to mention the excellent cast.
